Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, CXTCM actively follows instructions of local gorvement in Wuxi. On the one hand, we try every effort and precautions to prevent and control the epidemic; on the other hand, we try to make all necessary preparations to ensure daily working as much normal as possible. Thanks for all colleagues’ efforts, on Feb. 21, one set of asphalt mixing plant was loaded in containers and successfully trasported to Shanghai Port, waiting for vessel to Saudi Arabia.
Due to the continously influence by the epidemic, companies was requested to return to work under safe conditions one by one. After strictly inspection by local gorvement, CXTCM was one of the companies in the first batch approved by Wuxi Municipal Gorvement to resume work one Feb.10. However, in order to fullfil orders on time, we encountered many difficulties, like many employees cannot return to work on time; short of raw materials and matching parts due to many other companies delaying resumption of work; short of qualified drivers between Shanghai Port and Wuxi company, because of city limitations and control from the new virus, etc.
Thanks to company top leaders, international trading dept. and production dept., they had meetings to negotiate and make plans. Encourage persons in after-sales service dept. participant in front-line workshops. Reasonably arrange workers' schedules, expand pruchase channels, etc. We made every effort to increase production capacity. At the same time, we communicated with traffic offices and other related officials, the transportation problem were also well solved.
It is believed that with the gradual control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, with the strong support of enterprises at all levels in Wuxi, and through our own efforts, we are confident that we can overcome the difficulties brought by the epidemic.
