Recently, one set IH▪AMP320(capacity:320t/h) in-house environmental asphalt mixing plant was finished installation and commissioning, and well passed quality and invironment inspections by local government in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei provence, China. This type of asphalt mixing plant is different from the traditional one. It is energy saving, environment protection and intelligent. It is the first such asphalt mixing plant in this area.
Comparing with traditional plant, it has three main advantages: ① The structrue changed from the original tower type to be pipelined type, so that the height of the plant lowered to be 16.8m from original 25-30m. This makes it possible to be installed wholely in newly built or old useless factories. Standard designed factories can be integrated very well with surroundings. So it is allowed to install in industrial parks. ② Various environment protection devices are equipped in the completely closed factory, such as bitumen fume & dust collector, noise reducing devices, desulfurization and phenylpropanoid treatment equipment, etc. which efficiently eliminate the impact of dust, noise and odor on the surrounding environment. ③ Convenient maintenance. With so many columns, cranes are difficult to work inside. We installed movable rail vehicles above the main plant area, which can lift all parts. So it is quite convenient and save a lot of costs.
